Head chef Pat Khanchanakub and his team have designed a menu featuring traditional pub favourites as well as something a little different. They are in the kitchen everyday preparing all the dishes fresh on the premises. On our menu, you will find the very best quality fresh ingredients - fantastic sausages; simple, Fresh Barracuda in a Beer Batter and seafood; Pasture Grazed AustralianSirloin Steak . Chieng Mai lettuce and Vegetables . Our menus will always make the most of our best ingredients, while combining the best of great British cooking and influences from around the world that are now part of our culture. We don’t have a children’s menu, because we think they should have the opportunity to eat food that’s as good as yours, but our chefs are happy to make smaller portions or simplified versions of anything on our menu.
